01Where is my journal stored?
Your entries, moods, reflections, and expectations are stored locally on your current device and are not uploaded to the developer’s servers.
02Can I recover my content after uninstalling the app or changing phones?
The current version has no account or developer-operated cloud sync. Uninstalling normally deletes local data, and we cannot restore it remotely. Whether an iOS system backup can restore app data depends on your Apple Account and device backup settings.
03Why can’t I use every writing mode on every date?
Record is available for today and past dates. Reflect is available for today and past dates. Expect is available for today and future dates. View mode can open any date that already contains content.
04How do I change the language?
Tap Language in the upper-right corner of the home screen. You can choose English, Simplified Chinese, French, Spanish, Russian, Arabic, or German.
05Is Then & Now a subscription?
No. Then & Now is intended as a one-time App Store purchase with no app subscription fee.
06How do I request a refund?
App Store payments and refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with the Apple Account used for the purchase. Apple decides refund eligibility.
